The number 4 Ewe lamb wins this class rather handily. Extremely up fronted, really neat in that turn of rib level out through the dock. This ewe begins at the apex of the shoulder and gets steadily wider as you progress back to her pins. If I could change her I would like to see A little more foot and bone work.

Second Place:  3

Entry number: 1223

Exhibitor: Jakerichardson

State: CA

Breed: Suffolk X

The second place ewe in the class will be the number 3 ewe lamb. Extremely thick made, big footed, with a large bone. Really nice from the apex of the shoulders into a fresh thick rack and getting progressively larger from the last rib back into her hooks and out through her pins. If you could change her, I would raise up the chest floor and lengthen her neck to make her a little more show ring attractive. Not as good in her turn of rib or chest floor as the class winner. She is a good brood ewe, but not a show ewe.

Third Place:  1

Entry number: 1166

The number 1 sheep will be the third place. This ewe lamb is a little deeper and flatter in her side as compared to our 1st place sheep. Not showing quite the length of body flank to flank as the sheep above her in the class. She is really square and level out the hip, but to me, not as complete a package as we have in the class winner, or the ewe we used in second.

Fourth Place:  2

Entry number: 1220

The 2nd pictured ewe lamb will be 4th. Not very level out the hip, standing on light bone, with a small foot. This ewe lamb has a narrow top coming out of her shoulder and does get progressively wider but still needs to gain more muscle and skeletal power to move up in the class.
